The Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Antwerp is seeking to fill a vacancy at the Centre for Social Policy Herman Deleeck for a full-time tenure track research professorship (ZAPBOF) in Socioeconomic Inequality and Policy. After five years, this position will lead to tenure at associate professor rank if your performance meets a set of previously agreed evaluation criteria.
As a member of the senior academic staff (Dutch: Zelfstandig Academisch Personeel, ZAP), you will contribute to the University of Antwerp’s three core tasks: research, services and education. Your role may also include organisational and managerial aspects. As a research professor, your role will consist primarily of academic research with some limited involvement in the educational programmes for a maximum of 10 years.
