The Department of Economics at the University of Insubria (Varese, Italy) invites applications for a post-doctoral fellowship position (1-year period) starting in December 2021/January 2022.

In collaboration with Chiara Gigliarano and other members of the Department, the recruited person will develop research on measuring well-being and poverty, disseminate results through scientific publications, attend scientific conferences and workshops.

The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics or other areas of social science or should be close to its completion; he/she should also have an extensive experience in quantitative research (Stata, R, etc.) and a fluent English (speaking and writing).
