Registration and payment process
Registration and
payment of conference fees will be handled through Conference Maker.
Accepted
papers will only be included in the program on receipt of the
conference fee.

Deadlines
DEADLINE FOR LATE REGISTRATIONS: JUNE
15th, 2019.
The
deadline for registration is April
30th, 2019.
Late
registrations (after April
30th) will be subject to an increase of 50 Euros of the
registration fees.
The
deadline for submission of final complete version of accepted papers is May 30th, 2019. To submit an updated version,
please, use your Conference Maker
account.
Presenters who have
not registered by April 30th will have their papers withdrown form the
program.
Conference fees
- Regular rate (before April 30th): 350,00 Euros
- Special rate (before April 30th): 175,00 Euros
- Regular rate (after April 30th): 400,00 Euros
- Special rate (after April 30th): 225,00 Euros
The special rate applies to PhD
students and LDC researchers (from countries included in the following
list UN-OHRLLS LCDs)
Fees include:
registration, lunches, official dinner, coffee breaks, conference
material and the ECINEQ membership for the 2019-2021 period.
Refund policy for cancellations
Refunds
of registration fees will be handled by Conference Maker.
Full
refunds are possible up to April 30th. 50% refunds are possible between
April 30th and June 1st.
No
refund is possilbe after June 1st.
All
refunds are also subjec to a 45 Euros processing fee.
