Submission process: 

The deadline for submission of the final complete version of accepted papers is June 5th, 2017. (Deadline extended to June 19th, 2017)

Submitted papers should be in English, may not exceed 15,000 words, and must be sent in PDF format (max 4MB). Submissions in other formats will not be considered.

IMPORTANT DATES

- Deadline for registration and payments of fees for authors presenting an accepted paper: May 15th, 2017.  (updated deadline)

Note that from March 23rd to May 2nd registration is open only to paper presenters.

- Registration for auditors (including co-authors of accepted papers not presenting at the conference) will open on May 3rd, 2017.  (For auditors, before registering please submit your request by contacting ecineq2017@dse.univr.it)

- Publication of the conference program (updated) July 3rd/4th 2017

Only registered participants that have submitted a final version of the paper will be included in the final program. Accepted papers will only be included in the programme on receipt of the conference fee. 

 

The fee is as follows:

- Regular rate: 350 Euros.

- (further reduced) Special rate for PhD students and LDC researchers (from countries included in the following list  UN-OHRLLS LCDs): 150 Euros.

Fees include: registration, lunches, official dinner, coffee breaks, conference material and the ECINEQ membership for 2017-2019.
