NINTH ECINEQ MEETING
THE SOCIETY FOR THE STUDY OF ECONOMIC INEQUALITY
London, 8-10 July, 2021
CALL FOR PAPERS
The ECINEQ Executive Committee is pleased to announce that the Ninth Meeting of the Society for the Study of Economic Inequality (ECINEQ) will be held in London from July 8 to July 10, 2021. The conference will be hosted by the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and will be held at the LSE Campus in central London.
ECINEQ is aware of the potential logistic problems related to the COVID-19 pandemic and can decide to run the conference online if needed, in which case reduced registration fees will be applied. The decision will be taken by April 2021.
The ECINEQ conference aims at providing an international forum for all researchers interested in the analysis of economic inequality and related fields, bringing together a diversity of perspectives. Submissions of papers proposing a rigorous analysis on topics related to inequality, poverty, and redistribution, both theoretically and empirically, as well as for discussions of the policy implications of research findings on these topics are welcome.
The three keynote speakers will be:
Richard Blundell, University College London
Stephen P. Jenkins, London School of Economics
Florencia Torche, Stanford University
The deadline for paper submission is February 7 2021. Decisions about acceptances will be notified by March 2021.
Only reasonably complete papers should be submitted. Submission should be in English. Abstracts may not exceed 500 words and papers may not exceed 4MB.
More information about paper submissions and conference fees can be found at: http://www.ecineq.org/ecineqlse2021/.
